Shipping Policy

 

Shipping is free on all orders anywhere across India. For International Deliveries shipping cost will be mentioned in the product order. You can purchase our products online and have them delivered directly to your door. Items in your order may have different dispatch time.

The dispatch time is an estimated period of when the item will leave our warehouse after you place the order. For example, if an item displays “Dispatch: 1 business day,” the item will leave our warehouse one business day after you place your order. While Glowrious Herbayur works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, items that are low in stock may have longer shipping times.

Occasionally, we will confirm shipping and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times. Usual dispatch time is 2 business days for in-stock items.

See checkout for estimated delivery dates. Glowrious Herbayur uses the best shipping carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. 

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required on delivery.

Once the order is processed and dispatched, we will send you the Confirmation of Order by email notification along with the tracking information related to the delivery of your product.

 

Delivery

The delivery transit time for orders in India is 3 to 7 business days. A signature may be required on delivery. Check other paid shipping alternatives for faster delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, that will be listed on check out page.

Glowrious Herbayur chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment as per your location and availability of service provider in your region. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Glowrious Herbayur. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. 

In case you missed your delivery, you may be able to pick up package at carrier's local facility. After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier's local facility. Call the number on the carrier's detail shared to you in Order Status page and inform them you'd like to pick up your package in person. You may be required to show the order summary, which will be available on your order status page, and a government issued photo ID.

The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.

 

Local Store Pickup

Our products are available for pickup at select outlets in Mumbai. If you’d like to collect the product at Glowrious Herbayur distributor or retailer store, details will be available at checkout for eligible zip codes, or you can email or call us during or after the order is placed. Based on your location and city we will suggested the nearest store option for you to pickup, if it is available in your city.

You'll receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. To pick up your items you will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID. If you have designated an alternative family member or friend, they will need to bring the order number and a their valid government-issued photo ID.

 

International Shipping

At this moment we are nor serving international orders. We are looking forward to it in near future.
