Refund Policy
By default our beauty products are not eligible for returns or refunds. However under certain circumstances we accept returns, exchange and provide full refund or another product whichever way you request. Please read the document for more detail on how we process your returns.
To be eligible for a return, your package must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags or label, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at glowriousherbayur2024@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address in our Mumbai warehouse.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items / Exchanges
By default all of our products are non-returnable, unless defects. Certain types of items can be returned under situations of torn packaging, or received as damaged, or expired product received. Under such unlikely event please mail us at glowriousherbayur2024@gmail.com or call at given support number in your order detail.
All request must be received within 14 days of delivery, beyond that we may be not be able to fulfil your return/exchange.
You can request full refund or exchange of a product you have purchased or exchange of alternate products of same value that you paid. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the product.
Please remember sometimes it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
